Villa Babylon
Description
This beautiful villa is beautifully-presented and situated in the Kalamar Bay area of Kalkan.
Villa Babylon offers spacious accommodation for up to 6 or 7 guests and is close to the popular Kalamar Beach Club.
The villa has its own pool and beautiful sea views can be enjoyed from its upper floors, particularly from the furnished roof terrace.
The accommodation is laid out as follows:
Ground floor:
Spacious open plan living, kitchen and dining area with direct access to the pool terrace via sliding doors.
The contemporary black and white kitchen also has sliding doors that lead out onto an al-fresco dining area. A water cooler is provided along with a range of modern appliances, including oven, hob and extractor, microwave, large frodge-freezer and dishwasher.
The indoor dining area seats up to 6 guests and the living area has plenty of comfortable seating plus a flat screen TV and DVD player.
Off the kitchen is a guest cloakroom and a separate laundry room with washing machine, tumble dryer, ironing board, etc.
First floor:
This floor comprises a spacious double bedroom with en suite shower room and a large balcony furnished with table and chairs.
Second floor:
This floor comprises a second double bedroom with en suite bathroom (bath with integral shower) plus a large balcony furnished with table and chairs.
This bedroom also has a treadmill and exercise bike.
Third floor:
This floor comprises a twin room beneath a 'v'-shaped roof (high enough to stand up in) with an en-suite shower room. This bedroom leads to the roof terrace that is furnished with two sun loungers, an outdoor sofa, two chairs and a table.
Lovely views over Kalamar Bay out towards Mouse and Snake islands can be enjoyed from the upper floors and the villa's roof terrace.
Outside the villa:
Villa Babylon has a spacious L shaped terrace featuring a good sized pool, sunloungers, parasols and an al-fresco dining area to seat 6 guests.
Kalamar and the Kulube beach clubs are a short distance away from the villa and the excellent House Cafe is also close by. The centre of Kalkan town is an approximate 20 minute walk away (or very short taxi ride) and there are plenty of popular cafes and restautants en-route.

Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid-service:
Bathroom towels and bed linen included. If you are staying for more than one week then the villa will be cleaned and linen changed. If you require extra cleans and linen changes then these can be arranged at a fee.
Please bring your own beach towels if you require them.
Check-in time: 4pm.
Check-out time: 10am.
