Villa Melissa is the perfect place to relax and unwind. It is ideally located with just a short distance to Kalkan centre and is a simply stunning property. It has 3 bedrooms all with en-suite facilities with walking showers. All bedrooms are well proportioned and take advantage of the sea views. The villa is fully furnished and is air conditioned throughout. It has a fully fitted kitchen, open plan lounge/diner as well as dining facilities outside. Inside there is also a TV and a DVD player. Outside there is a large swimming pool, covered pergola area, private mature gardens and a parking area.
Ground Floor
Fitted kitchen, open plan dining and living area with WC. Large lounge area with sliding doors which open out onto a stunning pool. Marble staircase going to first floor.
First Floor
2 rooms, one double and one twin bedroom, come with en-suite bathroom and stylish wet room, WC and washbasin. Both bedrooms have balcony with stunning views overlooking to Kalkan bay. Marble staircase going to second floor.
Second Floor
Master bedroom with large private terrace, including en-suite bathroom and stylish wet room, WC and washbasin.
Facilities:
Large fridge/freezer, dishwasher, toaster, hairdryer, satellite TV, DVD, Free Wi-Fi, washing machine, microwave, barbecue.
Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid-service:
Bathroom towels and bed linen included. If you are staying for more than one week then the villa will be cleaned and linen changed. If you require extra cleans and linen changes then these can be arranged at a fee.
Please bring your own beach towels if you require them.
Check-in time: 4pm.
Check-out time: 10am.
For early check-in or late check-out an extra night will need to be booked.
