Description
Villa Royale is a newly-constructed contemporary-styled villa situated in a prestigious area of Kalkan, close to the town centre and the Likya Residence and Regency Hotels.
Built by one of Kalkan's top developers, the villa has three bedrooms, an infinity pool for sole use and superb views over Kalkan bay. The centre of Kalkan town is an 8-10 minute walk away.
The villa is laid out as follows:

Open plan living, dining and kitchen area. The living area includes flat-screen satellite TV and DVD player.
One twin bedroom with en-suite facilities.

First Floor:
Two double bedrooms, each with en-suite facilities and spacious balcony with stunning sea views. One of the bedrooms on this floor features an attractive vaulted ceiling.
Outside the Villa:
The villa has its own infinity-edged pool (approximately 35 square metres) plus sun terrace with ample sun-loungers and parasols. An shaded al-fresco dining area is also provided.
To the rear of the villa is a private parking space.
The villa is in an enviable location as Kalkan town centre is an approximate 10 minute walk away. The ever popular Yali Beach Club is also within close proximity.
Villa Queen is also within close proximity, therefore, a large party of people can holiday together.

Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid-service:
Bathroom towels and bed linen included. If you are staying for more than one week then the villa will be cleaned and linen changed. If you require extra cleans and linen changes then these can be arranged at a fee.
Please bring your own beach towels if you require them.
Check-in time: 4pm.
Check-out time: 10am.
