Villa Sandal
Description
Villa Sandal is a brand-new luxury villa which has been furnished in a contemporary style and 10 minutes walk to the centre of Kalkan town with a selection of excellent cafes and restaurants.
Ground floor:
Open plan kitchen, living and dining area. The kitchen is well-equipped and includes appliances such as large fridge-freezer, oven, hob + extractor and microwave.
The living area has plenty of comfortable seating, flat-screen satellite TV + CD Music Player with Bluetooth & Remote Control and direct access to the Villa’s pool terrace. The stunning dining table is also set in the living area to seat 6 people.
A separate shower room / WC is located on this level, together with a utility area housing a washing machine, iron and ironing board.
First floor:
There are two bedrooms on this level, a double with en-suite shower room and balcony with stunning views of Kalkan and also a twin bedroom with en-suite shower room.
Second floor:
This floor houses a luxurious master bedroom suite, with double bed, en-suite shower room and access to the villa’s roof terrace which has far-reaching views plus a Jacuzzi.
Outside the villa:
The villa has private swimming pool (36 sqm). The lap pool has a depth of 1.30 and gradually descends to 1.50 cm. The pool terrace is spacious and furnished with dining table, 6 sun-loungers and a comfortable shaded seating area from which to enjoy sunshine all day round.

Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid-service:
Bathroom towels and bed linen included. If you are staying for more than one week then the villa will be cleaned and linen changed. If you require extra cleans and linen changes then these can be arranged at a fee.
Please bring your own beach towels if you require them.
Check-in time: 4pm.
Check-out time: 10am.
