Description
A spacious 3 bedroom villa with a private swimming pool, outside dining area and sun terrace with a BBQ. Just a 10 minute walk from Kalkan’s Old Town.
This villa offers a good location and fabulous sea views from the roof terrace. Just a 10 minute walk from Kalkan’s Old Town, Villa Bergamot is ideally situated in a quiet part of town just off the Kalamar Road, but close enough to be able to stroll down to the shops, bars and restaurants.
Ground Floor
Open plan living area including a fully fitted kitchen (with breakfast bar), dining area and lounge with patio doors leading on to the pool and terrace. The kitchen includes built in oven, hob, dishwasher, fridge/freezer and microwave.
There is a cloakroom with WC and basin.
The villa is equipped with an iPod docking station, a safe, Wi-Fi and a flat screen TV.
There is air conditioning throughout the villa.
First Floor
A master king bedroom with walk-in wardrobe (including a safe), ensuite bathroom, with shower, WC and basin, including hairdryer. This room has a balcony with sea views.
Two other bedrooms, one being a double bedroom with balcony from which to enjoy the sea views, and a twin single bedroom with a juliette balcony. These bedrooms share a house bathroom with bath an overhead shower, WC and basin including a hairdryer.
A washing machine, iron board and iron is provided.
Each bedroom has air conditioning.
Roof Terrace
Large roof terrace with cushioned seating area with table and parasol to enjoy the sea views of Kalkan bay.

Villas Verbena and Bergamot are next door to each other. Group bookings of both villas would be suitable for two families holidaying together.
Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid-service:
Bathroom towels and bed linen included. If you are staying for more than one week then the villa will be cleaned and linen changed. If you require extra cleans and linen changes then these can be arranged at a fee.
Please bring your own beach towels if you require them.
Check-in time: 4pm.
Check-out time: 10am.
