Description
A 2-bedroomed detached villa in the prestigious Komurluk area of Kalkan with stunning uninterrupted sea views. The villa also has the advantage of being close to one of Kalkan's most popular beach clubs.
The accommodation is set out as follows:
Ground Floor:
Spacious open plan kitchen / living / dining area. The living area has a feature fireplace plus a double sofa-bed for additional guests if required.
The well-appointed fitted kitchen features granite work surfaces and a range of modern appliances.
There is a shower room with WC on this level.
First Floor:
Two double bedrooms, each with en-suite shower / wet rooms.
Both of these bedrooms have access to a large veranda-style balcony that runs across the whole width of the property.
Outside:
Large fresh-water pool and spacious terrace area which incorporates a shaded pergola for al-fresco dining. In addition, there is a second pergola with ottoman-style seating.
The walk to Kalkan’s public beach and the harbour area (with its array of quality restaurants) will take approximately 10 minutes. Alternatively, you can access the harbour via free water taxi from nearby Palm Beach Club which is a few minutes’ walk away.
This beach club offers direct access to the sea via a spacious sundeck and small private beach. Sun loungers and parasols are available for hire and the beach club also has an excellent sea view restaurant.
The villa is fully air-conditioned. Satellite TV, DVD player and WiFi internet access are provided. Pool towels are also provided for guests' use.
Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid-service:
Bathroom towels and bed linen included. If you are staying for more than one week then the villa will be cleaned and linen changed. If you require extra cleans and linen changes then these can be arranged at a fee.
Please bring your own beach towels if you require them.
Check-in time: 4pm.
Check-out time: 10am.
