Villa Angora is a fully detached property with it's own garden on an elevated position overlooking the beautiful Bay of Kalkan located in the very desirable exclusive region of Kisla, the more exclusive region of Kalkan where the road is quiet, safe and private. Bedrooms
Bedroom 1: double bed ( Queen Bed), balcony and en-suite bathroom
Bedroom 2: 2 Single beds, balcony and en-suite bathroom - two beds can be converted to California King Bed!
Bedroom 3: 2 single beds, from roof terrace - This has a sloping roof but does offer full height in the main area - ideal for teenagers.
Newly renovated modern kitchen that is fully equipped. Enjoy cocktails on the top-deck to witness fabulous Turkish sunsets over the mountain sheltered bay.
The ground floor exterior comprises a sun terrace with sunbeds and umbrella, and its own private pool, measuring approx 10 meters x 3 meters, with a constant depth of 1.75 meters. (Children and non-swimmers will need supervision). There is an additional roof-top terrace offering stunning views and wonderful sunbathing opportunities. Fully fitted kitchen also includes glass-top dining table, provides access to garden and kitchen terrace, where there is an additional outdoor covered dining area with table and 6 chairs.
Just below the property are two Private Beach Clubs with full amenities accessible to Villa guests, offering secure privacy & safe swimming or snorkeling. A 30 minute walking distance to the beautiful town center or better still a 5 min taxi ride costing £5 each way or for real fun we recommend a water-taxi costing a mere £3 round trip from the Club just below the villa! With two restaurants & bar holding a small convenience store 2-3 minutes behind the Villa, you would have no need to leave the area for days if you wish!
Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid-service:
Bathroom towels and bed linen included. If you are staying for more than one week then the villa will be cleaned and linen changed. If you require extra cleans and linen changes then these can be arranged at a fee.
Please bring your own beach towels if you require them.
Check-in time: 4pm.
Check-out time: 10am.
For early check-in or late check-out an extra night will need to be booked.
