Description
With views out across Kalkan bay and islands Villa Tuna can accommodate up to 11 guests in six bedrooms including five bedrooms with en-suites and sea views. This villa is well thought out with two pools, whirlpool and roof terrace, plenty of space to socialise or enjoy a quieter moment. Villa Tuna is only a 2 minutes’ walk from the popular Kalkan Beach Park where you will find a cafe, bar, water slide, beach, sunbathing platforms and access to the clear waters of the Mediterranean.
Lower ground floor
There are two bedrooms on the lower ground floor as well as an air-conditioned games room with table tennis. Bedroom 1 has a double bed and en-suite shower room. Bedroom 2 has a single bed and a WC, but no bathroom. Both Bedroom 1 and Bedroom 2 have access to the furnished lower ground floor terrace. On this terrace there is a small plunge pool with cascading water from the main swimming pool above.
Ground Floor
An open plan living area covers most of the ground floor, with the lounging area furnished with sofas and armchairs set around the wall mounted flat screen TV. Situated between the lounge area and kitchen there is a dining table to seat 8 guests. At the opposite end of the living room to the lounge is the kitchen, equipped with dishwasher, oven, hob, microwave and fridge freezer. There are two sliding glass patio doors leading out on to the pool terrace. Villa Tuna is air-conditioned throughout and unlimited Wi-Fi is provided for Turquoise Collection guests.
Bedroom 3 is also located on the ground floor and has a double bed, en-suite shower room and access to the main pool terrace.
First Floor
There are two bedrooms on the first floor. Bedroom 4 has a double bed, en-suite bathroom, Jacuzzi bath, sea views and direct access to a furnished balcony. Bedroom 5 has a double bed, en-suite bathroom, Jacuzzi bath, sea views and direct access to a furnished balcony.
Second Floor
Bedroom 6 is located on the top floor, it has a double bed, en-suite shower room, sea views and access to a large furnished large roof terrace.
Outside
Steps lead down from the street level to the main pool terrace where you will a stand-alone spa pool and infinity swimming pool. To the side of the main pool are sun loungers and comfy seating. At the side of the villa is a BBQ and alfresco dining table and chairs. There are external stairs leading down to the lower ground floor terrace and plunge pool.
Additional Information
There is a small supermarket and a number of restaurants within a 5-10 minute walk from Villa Tuna and Kalkan Beach Park beach club is only 150m away. Kalkan's old town is a 5 minute drive away
Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid-service:
Bathroom towels and bed linen included. If you are staying for more than one week then the villa will be cleaned and linen changed. If you require extra cleans and linen changes then these can be arranged at a fee.
Please bring your own beach towels if you require them.
Check-in time: 4pm.
Check-out time: 10am.
For early check-in or late check-out an extra night will need to be booked.
