Description
Villa Zeugma, only 50 metres from the sea, and is situated within a 10 minute walk of the beautiful town of Kalkan. It has 4 bedrooms, 4 en-suites with walk-in showers, a large lounge with fully equipped luxury kitchen. All rooms have air conditioning and are luxuriously furnished. It has a large infinity swimming pool with overflowing water into a plunge pool on the sunbathing terrace. With uninterrupted sea views of Kalkan harbour and bay, all bedrooms have balconies with fantastic views, tables and chairs so you can enjoy the sunset and the beautiful gardens surrounding the villa. The villa boasts of two terraces, pool area and sweeping stairs which takes you to the sun bathing terrace here you can relax, reading a book, watching the water sports or the boats passing by.
The villa sleeps 8 people, ideally suitable for families or separate couples as the villa has separate living quarters from the main house. The main villa has 2 double bedrooms and a large living and dining area with a fully equipped kitchen. Separate from the main villa are the Roman rooms which comprise of 1 double bedroom, a large twin room and a fully equipped kitchen. All rooms have uninterrupted views of the sea.
There is a large infinity swimming pool with overflowing water into a plunge pool, and a large sunbathing terrace fully equipped with sun loungers and parasols, and various comfortable seating areas to enjoy the beautiful views and take time to watch the magnificent sunsets.
Bedrooms: 3 double bedrooms, 1 twin bedroom. All rooms have en suits and air conditioning.
Bathrooms: 4 walk in showers, 2 separate WC’s.
Kitchen: Cooker, hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, iron. Both kitchens are fully equipped with Bosch white goods.
General: Real fire, maid service, air conditioning, telephone. Fresh bread delivered every morning if required. Swimming pool, plants and terraces cleaned on daily basis.
Dining: Beautiful dining area with table for eight the views from the bay windows are fantastic.
Entertainment: Satellite TV, DVD, radio, CD system, PlayStation 2 ( please bring your own games)
Outside: Private infinity pool (approx.10 by 5 m), terrace and beautiful gardens with BBQ area, balcony, comfortable garden furniture. Sweeping stairs which takes you to the sun bathing area where you can watch the boats go by.
Suitability: Children welcome, not suitable for wheelchairs, suitable for elderly, sorry – no pets allowed, smoking outside.
