Description
The two Sole Apartments are in an excellent location just off the Kalamar Road and it is an easy walk to Kalkan's Old Town, shops and restaurants. They are beautiful, modern 2 bedroom Kalkan apartments sleeping up to 5 guests, with a large private swimming pool and terrace. The apartment offer a villa experience without the price tag! Each apartment has its own pool and sun terrace furnished with sun-loungers, parasols plus a dining table.
The layout in each apartment is as follows:
Lower Ground Floor:
Open plan living, dining and kitchen area. The living area is comfortably furnished and has a flat-screen TV + DVD player. The kitchen has a range of modern appliances including cooker, hob, extractor, fridge-freezer and dishwasher. The dining table seats 6 guests. Doors from the living area lead out onto the pool terrace. A guest WC is also located on this level.
Ground Floor:
Apartment 1: This floor houses one double bedroom and one twin bedroom plus a dressing room. These have en-suite facilities and balconies (these have partially-obscured sea views).
Apartment 2: This floor houses two double bedrooms, each with en-suite facilities (these have partially-obscured sea views). A single bedroom is also located on this level.
Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid-service:
Bathroom towels and bed linen included. If you are staying for more than one week then the villa will be cleaned and linen changed. If you require extra cleans and linen changes then these can be arranged at a fee.
Please bring your own beach towels if you require them.
Check-in time: 4pm.
Check-out time: 10am.
For early check-in or late check-out an extra night will need to be booked.
