The property offers luxurious accommodation over two floors with two private sun terraces, a private pool and separate secluded garden. It situated in a small development of 5 apartments each with its’ own private pool, close to restaurants, banks and supermarkets and just an easy 7 minute walk to Kalkan’s picturesque old town with its many fine restaurants and charming shops.
First Floor:
The spacious open plan living area has contemporary style décor and furnishings and is further enhanced with original art pieces. The kitchen is fully equipped with integral oven, hob and dishwasher. There is also a large fridge freezer and kettle.
Full length sliding doors open on to the large private pool terrace where you will find ample sun loungers and a shaded dining area to enjoy the beautiful Turkish weather.
There is an additional toilet at this floor.
Lower Ground Floor:
A staircase will take you to the lower ground floor where there are three en-suite bedrooms and a furnished terrace garden accessed by bedrooms.
The spacious bright master bedroom has a king size bed, fitted wardrobe and dressing table under a large mirror. The second bedroom is also bright and spacious with twin beds. Both bathrooms are beautifully finished with walk in high pressure showers. The garden is a peaceful and will take you to meditation mood after you stepped in. The soft ambient LED lighting throughout the apartment will further help you relax during your stay.
The pool is serviced daily and fresh bread can be delivered by the pool man on request.
