Description
In the heart of Kalkan village, with the Harbour and Bazaar 1 km or a 20 minute walk away, Aquamarine has plenty to offer, 4 bedrooms, all with en-suite facilities, with a lower floor gym, sauna and swimming pool that can be enclosed for early and late season.
The wonderful upper terrace has the main infinity swimming pool and terrace and opens out from the expansive living areas, with windows aplenty showcasing the amazing sea views from all floors.
Beautiful marble floors add an exotic appeal to the main living dining and kitchen areas, with stylish modern decor throughout, the smart white kitchen has an island and breakfast bar and is fully equipped, and the comfy sofas are ideal for a good read or watching films on the flat screen TV.
A twin bedroom and a king size double bedroom are situated on the lower ground floor with patio doors opening onto the lower terrace, and two super king size bedrooms are on the first floor with patio doors opening onto a balcony, all with ensuite shower rooms.
The Turkish bath "Hammam style" and sauna are great for detoxing, with an extra shower nearby, then a dip in the pool to cool off and a light siesta on the sun loungers.
Ready for an evening on the vibrant harbour front, it is a five-minute drive with the lovely roof-top restaurants offering a sea breeze as well as fresh seafood and a wealth of different cuisines to choose from. Gym, Turkish Hammam and sauna
Villa Aquamarine has a 'sister' villa located within the same plot - Villa Tigra which has 5 bedrooms, therefore, groups of up to 18 people can be accommodated if the two villas are booked together.
Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid-service:
Bathroom towels and bed linen included. If you are staying for more than one week then the villa will be cleaned and linen changed. If you require extra cleans and linen changes then these can be arranged at a fee.
Please bring your own beach towels if you require them.
Check-in time: 4pm.
Check-out time: 10am.
