Constructed in 2010, this 3 bedroom villa offers a convenient location and fabulous sea views. Just a 10 minute walk from Kalkan's Old Town, Villa Bergamot is ideally situated away from the hustle and bustle, but close enough to be able to stroll down for a spot of shopping or to laze on the beach.

• Master king bedroom with walk-in wardrobe (including a safe), ensuite bathroom, glass shower screen, WC and basin, including hairdryer. This room has a balcony with sea views

• House bathroom with a overhead shower, WC and basin including hairdryer

Top Floor
Large roof terrace with cushioned seating area with table and parasol to enjoy the sea views of Kalkan bay. The terrace has also table and chairs for dining with a view. Washing machine, iron board and iron are situated in the bespoke cupboard.

Accommodation upgrades in 2022 season:
- The main bathroom upstairs previously had a bath, now it has been converted to a walk-in shower including new shower unit.
- The hot water system has been upgraded.
- The pool design has been changed allowing guests to be able to sit in the pool.
- The outside space next to the pool has a new seating area.
- The roof terrace has the addition of various large plants giving additional privacy.
- New windows have been fitted along with sliding doors including mosquito nets.
- The whole villa is painted inside and out.
- The villa has been fitted with brand new air conditioning units.
Villas Bergamot and Verbena are next door to each other. Group bookings of both villas would be suitable for two families holidaying together.
Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid-service:
Bathroom towels and bed linen included. If you are staying for more than one week then the villa will be cleaned and linen changed. If you require extra cleans and linen changes then these can be arranged at a fee.
Please bring your own beach towels if you require them.
Check-in time: 4pm.
Check-out time: 10am.
